Attention Certified Contractors:
To schedule a QP-1 and/or a QP-2 audit, please complete the Job Notification Form (witin 15 days of contract award) below and forward to SSPC Certification.

Certified contractors are required to complete the Job Notification form on "reportable" jobs to SSPC within 15 days of contract award. If you have problems with this process then call the SSPC certification coordinator (Tel: 412/281-2331 x2235) to discuss projects eligible for auditing.
QP 1, QP 2, QP 3 and QP 6 certified firms are required to complete the

MINIMUM requirements for QP 1, 2, 3, 6 and
8:

Office and key management
and production personnel must have access to and be aware of
current versions of project specifications, engineering
standards, Product Data and MSD Sheets, Standard and Safe Operating
Procedures for equipment, Industry standards (e.g. SSPC, ASTM, NACE, AWWA,
API) regulations (e.g. DOL, Workers Compensation, OSHA, EPA, other federal,
state or local agencies having jurisdiction over the job site or shop)
applicable to the specific projects a contractor or shop performs for its
customers.
- Hard paper copy, current versions of applicable standards,
regulations, specifications, data sheets, etc., must
be available to personnel at the job
site during the daily course of production and quality control operations.
There must be evidence of their use at the job site.
